Settlement reporting
Download settlement reports for accounting and reconciliation:
- Go to Reports → Settlements
- Select date range
- Choose format (CSV, PDF, Excel)
- Download
Report includes:
- Settlement reference
- Transaction references
- Gross amounts
- Fees deducted
- Net settlement amounts
- Settlement dates
Pending settlements
In rare cases, settlement to your bank account may be delayed:
Common causes:
- Bank account closed or frozen
- Account name mismatch
- Bank network issues
- Public holidays or weekends
Resolution:
- Check your settlement account details in Settings → Settlement
- Update account if needed (may require re-verification)
- Contact support for settlements pending longer than expected
Pending settlements remain in queue until the issue is resolved. Funds are not returned to your Credo balance - they will be settled once the account details are corrected.
Best practices
- Reconcile daily: Match your dashboard settlements with your bank account credits daily.
- Monitor paused settlements: Track paused settlements approaching their release dates.
- Use pre-configured splits: Prefer dashboard-managed splits over dynamic splits for easier auditing.
- Keep account updated: Ensure your settlement account is always active and correct.
